2001 Annual Meeting


Accreditation: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Medical Society of Virginia through the joint sponsorship of Carilion Health System and the Virginia Orthopaedic Society.

Credit: Carilion Health System designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7.5 hours in Category I towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Physicians should claim only the hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Exhibits: The Society extends its sincere appreciation to exhibitors participating in this meeting. Exhibits will be on display on Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20.

Continental breakfast will be available in the exhibit hall Saturday and Sunday mornings, as well as beverage breaks.

Educational Grants: The Society is grateful to Howmedica/Osteonics for their support of the Saturday night dinner.

Spouse/Guest Tour: A Spouse/Guest outing (Adults Only). Lunch at the Trellis - one of the finest and most innovative restaurants in the country. Exclusive, private tour of a historic building not open to the general public. This tour will be led by a historic personality featuring an in-depth interpretation of the Colonial Period.
