ORTHO-PAC Celebrates Record-Breaking Year with Annual Wine Reception

Virginia orthopaedic surgeons, residents, and guests gathered in April to celebrate ORTHO-PAC’s record-breaking fundraising year with a wine tasting reception. A rapidly growing tradition, this year’s event was held in conjunction with the Virginia Orthopaedic Society (VOS) Annual Meeting at The Greenbrier Resort.

ORTHO-PAC is a Virginia political action committee that makes contributions to candidates for House of Delegates, Senate, and statewide offices. Supporters gather each spring to be recognized for their contributions and to raise visibility for the VOS advocacy program. Former VOS President Mark Romness MD originally hosted the event to thank colleagues for political activism.

This year, ORTHO-PAC raised more money than any previous year largely due to 100% VOS Board participation and generous support from OrthoVirginia, who contributed as a practice for all partners. If you would like to support ORTHO-PAC, please use this link to make an online payment.
